A black tin case containing an alchometer apparatus, with instructions, consisting of a glass graduated cylinder, a metal tube and clip, a small candle, a small glass orb and a glass flask. This apparatus was developed by Chemistry Professor Ernest Vuilleumier as an early prototype to a breathalyzer test kit.

A brass metal mechanism with an exposed needle, raised half-circle meter and two current knobs mounted on a wooden base. A small silver metal plaque on the front of the instrument reads "CURRENT INDICATOR No. 122 CAPACITY 34 AMPERES PATENT APPLIED FOR MANUFACTURED BY THOMSON HOUSTON ELECTRIC CO. LYNN, MASS. U.S.A.

Atari Lab Computer Start-up Kit, c.1980

An Atari Lab starter kit developed by Priscilla Laws at Dickinson College in the early 1980's. The box set includes a catalogue and various lab equipement for young learners. What is shown includes the catalogue, an introduction information sheet, and the packaging box. Other items in the kit are currently on display and are not shown here.

Early Electric Motor

A motor comprised on a brass-colored metal cylinder with several holes at the top of its sides and bottom. On the top between the two bent pipes sticking out is the text engraved ".01 - OHM MORRIS E. LEEDS & CO. PHILADELPHIA 3713".
